2. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: CPR Commander is a decision-support tool designed to assist trained healthcare professionals during cardiac arrest management. It does NOT replace:

• Professional medical training or certification (ACLS/PALS)
• Clinical judgment and decision-making
• Institutional protocols and guidelines
• Direct patient assessment

Always follow your institution's protocols and your professional judgment. The developers are not liable for clinical outcomes resulting from use of this app.

3. Intended Users

CPR Commander is intended for licensed healthcare professionals trained in ACLS and/or PALS protocols, including physicians, nurses, paramedics, and other certified providers.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of CPR Commander are the property of its creators and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

CPR Commander is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

6. Updates

We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
